In 2004, while living in North East, Kay, one of Nity's Housekeeping founders, called a maid services to have her home cleaned. Although she was shocked by how high the prices were, she was looking forward to regaining valuable time. On the day of the cleaning, Kay arrived home eager to see the work that had been done. She was very disappointed. The cleaning team had done a seriously inadequate job. She called the manager of the company to complain. She was not apologetic. Instead, all she said was "Well, we'll be sure to give the cleaning team more detailed instructions next time." Still, Kay persevered. She called another cleaning company. They were even more expensive!!
But Kay reasoned that this must be because they provided better service than the first company. Yet their work was even worse!! No only did they do an extremely poor job of cleaning her home, they had left her dog, Dollie, locked in the bathroom- without water or a toy! There was no way Kay would allow this company in her home again.
But this is not the end of the story; It was only the beginning - the beginning of Nity's housekeeping Services. Kay shared her thoughts with her daughter Nity. The two of them recognized a great opportunity and they opened N. H. S. first tiny 200SF home office in North East, Beulah Farm historic Maryland in January 2004.
Just four year later they experienced a challenge with one of our parents. Kay's father got really ill and needed 24/7 attention, neither less to say Kay head out to her country and took care of her father; although she had her family and business here in Maryland and she knew it couldn't stay in her country any longer. Kay came back but not leaving her father behind, she brought her dad with her, and until 2008 the business was temporally closed. Kay needed to heal her lost and waited for two years before the new launch of Nity's Housekeeping Service's once again. Most of our past clients came back to us. That said lot of our Great Services and Commitment to our Clients.
Now in 2011 we started hiring new employees to keep up with our flow, and we are happy to announce that we are growing strong and we thank you for your support and kindness. We have expanded a branch in the Caribbean and another one in Kissimmee, Florida. These two branches are managed by family members that saw the opportunity to grow our business in a wide range.
Our formula of quality service, along with a special kind of customer care, was genuinely appreciated by our clients. We are always looking for ways to build a personal relationship with them. Many companies give lip service to their commitment to providing customer service. We live it.
